Delivery Address
We recommend using a business address wherever possible.
Please check that your address is correct when placing the order. We are unable to change the address after the order is dispatched. If orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, additional shipping fee will be charged for redelivery.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is prepared for shipping. You will also receive notifications from the delivery partner (Australia Post or Sendle) advising the status of your delivery. Please keep an eye on your order’s delivery status. If the parcel is returned to us due to uncollection, additional shipping fee will be charged for redelivery.
What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
If no one is available at the delivery address, the delivery partner will determine whether there is a safe place to leave the parcel on your premise. If there is no safe place, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel or schedule for re-delivery.

Please contact us via the contact form. We usually respond within 24 hours. Please be assured that 99% of our orders are delivered around the expected time frame. We greatly appreciate your patience whilst we communicate with the delivery partner, this process could take up to 1~2 weeks.
For your peace of mind, all our parcels come with $100 shipping insurance free of charge.
Returned parcel
In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address entered at check out or unclaimed from our delivery partner, you are responsible for an additional shipping charge to have the order re-shipped to you. If you wish to cancel the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. Additionally, a re-stocking fee of $10 applies. Refund and Returns Policy applies.
