Quality and customer service are highly valued at Little Sylvia. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read the following and submit your request for return/exchange.
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Earrings are intimate goods. We do not accept returns of earrings other than for quality reasons after the seal is broken on the original packaging.
We do not accept the reason that an item is not what you perceived as a valid quality reason. e.g. the item is smaller/larger/brighter/darker than you thought or the photo shown.
Additional non-returnable items are:
- Custom products made to your order
- Gift cards
- Clearance items where the product is sold at discounted prices

Refund
After receiving your request to return, we will assess the request case by case. We may require you to provide photo evidence or send the product back to us via mail for inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the item was returned for reasons other than quality, a 20% restocking fee applies.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the purchased item and make a new order.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the original purchaser needs to contact us to initiate the return. Once the returned item is received and the request is approved, the refund will be applied to the original purchaser’s original method of payment.
Shipping Cost for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning the order to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the condition that you sent it. We cannot process your refund or exchange if the item is lost or damaged on its way to us.
